I highly recommend Nancy Ruggles after working with her multiple times over the years! Nancy helped me and my wife sell our first home, and after making a few updates that she recommended we had multiple offers (way over our asking price) in a matter of days. She also helped our family buy our current home and somehow negotiated a price we could afford, below asking price, with an incredibly difficult seller.
